At the time, he was employed by Railway-Express. Harry Psihos then enlisted in the US Army on October 14th, 1942, in Akron, Ohio. He was assigned the rank of Private and was enlisted as part of the Selectees (Enlisted Men) component and assigned to the Branch Immaterial - Warrant Officers section. He served during both World War II and the Korean War, ultimately achieving the rank of Captain in the US Army. After his time in the Army, he married Evelyn Marie Schultz (1923–2019) in Alachua County, Florida, USA on February 12, 1944. The couple had three daughters together. Harry later moved to California and passed away in 1999 in Hemet, Riverside, California, USA.
