During his last days in Bruges, my grandmother visited Stewart on different occasions. As a volunteer she was asked to attend him because she spoke english. During those visits, Stewart expressed the will to be baptist as a roman catholic because his girlfriend was a catholic. After he died a few days later, my grandmother contacted the family in Canada.
