Heather Anne (Harlan) Randall was born on October 20, 1970 in Richmond, Richmond City County, Virginia United States. She was married to Anthony Leonard Randall on November 17, 1995 in New York City, New York County, New York, and they were together until Anthony's death on May 17, 2004 at NYU Grossman School of Medicine 550 1st Avenue, in Manhattan. Heather Randall has children Julia Laurette Randall and Jefferson Randall.
