Heide E Monroe of Fayetteville, Cumberland County, NC was born on November 4, 1945 in Kaiserslautern, RP Germany. She was the parent of Carmen Edwards. She was the parent of Bonita Marie Reiniche, Charlene Ellen Reiniche, and Cindy Lee Reiniche. She married Robert Hagerman, and they had a child Cherie Lee Hagerman. She would also marry Robert Earl Monroe. Heide Monroe died at age 65 years old on February 22, 2011 in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina United States.
