Im Laura, and I am the daughter of woman who is searching for her birth mother. She was born Baby Kwiecien and her biological mother had stated she had 1 other child and was 26 in 1956. These were the only clues on the birth certificate.

The hospital was Milliard Fillmore in Buffalo New York. The only clue I have found recently was a yearbook photo of a woman Helen Kwiecien who would have been the right age in 1949 at Riverside Highschool in Buffalo.

I am searching for any information regarding my mothers birth mother or other birth family members. Her adoptive mother shared the same OBGYN with the biological mother and set up a private adoption with the birth mother but really no other information is known. Or I should say, no information was told to us.

The birth mother did not fill out much of the paperwork. She only provided the last name Kwiechien but we are unsure if this is her maiden name or married name. It could also be the fathers name? We have no idea.

Is it possible that you could have some information?
