Leake, Henry Fordham Leake Jr., Minnie Leake, Jennie F. Leake, Albert J. Leake, Edward F. Leake, and Florence G. Leake. Helen Leake died at age 63 years old on December 6, 1921 in Kingston, Ulster County.
