Introduction

The Gippsland Farmers Journal. 12th Sept. 1887. GLENMAGGIE. I regret to announce the death of Mrs. J. Curtain, landlady of the Junction Hotel, which sad event took place on Friday, the 2nd inst. The deceased lady was buried in the Glenmaggie cemetery. The funeral took place on Sunday, and was largely attended. Mrs. Curtain came here from Mount Look Out with her husband and family about ten years since. Her death was the result of a cold contracted a fortnight ago.
