    For reasons unknown to us in this day and age all of his children were given their mothers last name of Bloomfield. Said to have come down through Canada thats a big question. Lived in Fleming co Ky in 1809 Henry;s grave is marked by a creekstone with the initials "HB". Severed as Private,Captain John Dowders comp. Pogues Regiment, Ky Militia,War if 1812,of land on the forks of Kinniconick Creek,Lewis co. Ky.Survey date 7/3/1823,Book p,pg 21 said to have left Germany because of religious persecution.
