He married Virginia "Jennie" Frances Vaden, and had children Henry Ford Grisham, Kenneth Harold Grisham, Mary Catherine Grisham, James Nelson Grisham, Reba Neal Grisham, Dorthenia Alberta Grisham, William Albert Grisham, Ollie Maybelle Grisham, Beulah Virginia Grisham, H.Clayborn "H.c." Grisham, Betty Jean Grisham, Douglas MacArthur "Mac" Grisham, Patricia Ann Grisham, and D.m. Grisham. Henry Grisham died at age 60 years old on March 26, 1956 in Nashville, Davidson County, and was buried at Dickens Cemetery Maggart Rd., in Smith County.
