Herm Denitz 1930 - 2002

Herm Denitz of Lahaina, Maui County, HI was born on July 27, 1930, and died at age 71 years old on May 20, 2002. Herm Denitz was buried circa 2002 Herm’s ashes were buried at sea off of the coast of Maui, where he had lived for many years. A celebration of life was done on the Kaanapali Beach Hotel property. He was known and loved by many there. A Maury chief chanted a soulful aloha to Herm onboard the boat as we took Herm to his final resting place. It was a beautiful send off, with many of his Maui friends and family..
