Her sister, Erika (my great grandmother) died in her early thirties leaving behind 4 small children. They were all adopted by separate families. Hilma rounded them all up at least once a few years later so that they could all play together and she took many pictures that I have. She obviously was a very caring and sweet woman. Hilma stayed in touch and lived long enough to know my mom. Her family is proud of her.
