Irene A (Cichosz) Faltynski was born on January 20, 1941 in Poland to Josephine Cichosz and Antoni Cichosz, and had siblings Godwin cohen and Helen Marciszonek. She married Walter Faltynski on October 15, 1966 in South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana United States, and had children Jeff Faltynski, Jenny Franko, Jill Keszei, Julie Clarke, and Jodie Walters. Irene Faltynski died at age 75 years old on July 23, 2016.
