She also married Edward Shafroth, and they had children Kathi Lynette (Frisinger) Sharp, Patricia Shafroth, Constance Jean, Leilani Kim Frisinger, Colleen Paul, Greg Paul, and Gary Paul. Irene Shafroth died at age 85 years old on May 22, 1997.

Introduction

Irene Gertrude Robinson Shafroth was born to Jenny Drake and James Robinson in Hays Kansas September 1911. She moved with her brother Garrett"Bob" Robinson and sister Opal Pansy "Jean" Robinson to Denver Colorado. Irene was briefly married to Paul Johnson and had a son Ronald "Bud" Johnson. She divorced Paul and soon married Ed Shrafroth. They had two children Diane Patrica and Constance Jean. They lived in Sydney Nebraska for a while then moved to Rawlings Wy. They moved to Denver Colorado in 1977 to be close to daughter and grandchildren. In 1992 they moved with daughter Connie & Delaine to Henderson, Nv where they lived out their lives. They were wonderful grandparent.

She died in her sleep at 85 years old in Henderson Nv. She passed away 6 months after the death of Ed Shafroth her husband of 60 years. She was a good humored woman and good mother and grandmother and great grandma.
