    Isaac "Ike" Broderson, 79, died Thursday, February 25, 2010. He was the retired owner of Baxter Avenue Jewelry and Loan and a former board member of Keneseth Israel Congregation, the Keneseth Israel Men's Club and the Jewish Community Center. He was also a member of B'nai Brith and Coinvest II. He had a circle of lifelong loving and compassionate friends. He was the happiest when he was busy working out at the J.C.C. and playing cards there. He enjoyed going to services at Keneseth Israel and bonding with his grandsons. He received much joy when he was able to play competitive tennis with his grandsons, until they started beating him. He also looked forward to spending time in Florida every January. He was a caregiver to many when they became incapacitated. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Miriam; daughter, Marla Lynn Broderson of Atlanta, Georgia; son, Dr. Hal Stuart Broderson (Dr. Laura) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; a sister, Jeanette Bornstein; grandchildren, Seth, Joshua, Torey, Ty, Carlos and Richard; and numerous loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, February 28, 2010, at the funeral home, with burial in Keneseth Israel Cemetery, 719 Locust Lane. Friends and family may visit after 11:00 a.m. Sunday.
