Isaac Jelsema died at age 62 years old in October 1980 at Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids, and was buried on October 5, 1980 at Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery Patterson Ave SE, in Grand Rapids.

And Rudolph Valentino, an Italian American, became the heartthrob of a female generation.
