    Isabelle (“Ibby” or “Polly” on marriage record) Webb, daughter of William and Jane Webb, (was born October 24, 1811 in Warren County, Tennessee). Married Samuel Blue (on March 9, 1837 in Springfield, Sangamon County, Illinois; this record is kept in the courthouse in Springfield (confirmed on Illinois Statewide Marriage Index, which states that the marriage was not required to be performed in the county of the bride or groom’s residence). Samuel and Isabelle lived in Keokuk County, Iowa, had ten children there, and then moved to Missouri.)
