Ivory was a very special lady. In the summer time she roamed the hills of White Oak picking berries ,she always carried her gun with her when she went in the mountains to pick berries just in case she ran into a SNAKE crawling or walking on two legs. She was a very SPECIAL Lady and I loved her dearly. She was always good to me when I was growing up. If you went to her house she could cook a meal and have it on the table seemed like only a few minutes. And her berries she picked and canned were so good. I never told her how much I loved her when she was living- now how I wish I would have. She had a peddle sewing machine and me being just about 12 or 13 years old I loved that machine . She would give me a piece of cloth and let me sew on her machine. Now I have one just like hers in my computer room. How I wish I could see her just one more time. I love you Ivory and you will always live in my heart. Rest in peace sweet lady and maybe someday I will see you again. Love you always. Violet
