Jack O Pichette of Madras, Jefferson County, OR was born on September 17, 1941 to Oren Pichette and Janet Bauder. He married Armetta (Moseley) Parker and they later divorced. He had children Thomas Pichette, Oren George Pichette, and Renee (Pichette) Dubisar. Jack Pichette died at age 64 years old on February 6, 2006.
