Jacob Dickover was born on June 24, 1832 in Cambridge City, Indiana United States to Samuel Dickover and Martha Wissler, and had a sister Mary Ann (Dickover) Wissler. He was in a relationship with Sarah Ann (Neusbaum) Dickover, and had children Mahlon Dickover, Viola Dickover, and William Walter Dickover. Jacob Dickover died at age 90 years old on February 21, 1923.
