Jacob Richard Mecusker was born on August 29, 1982 at Providence Hospital 1901 N Oregon St, in El Paso, El Paso County, Texas United States to Douglas Scott Mecusker and Pamela Lee (Bittick) Mecusker, and had a sister Rachel Sue (Mecusker) Gepner. Jacob Mecusker married Natalie Mecusker at Issaquah Municipal Court in Issaquah, King County, Washington, and they were married until Jacob's death on May 31, 2009 at Harborview Medical Center Emergency Room 325 9th Avenue, in Seattle.
