Jacqueline 'Jackie' Padilione (Zehring) died peacefully at home, under the watchful eye of her loyal dog and constant companion Wee Willie, on November 28, 2018 in Martinsburg West Virginia at the age of 80. In addition to Wee Willie, Jackie is survived by her daughter Monique and husband Frank Swartswelder of Myerstown PA, daughter Sally and husband Russ Burns of Martinsburg WV, sister Ruth and Husband Frank Engel of Harrisburg PA, 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert J Padilione of Lebanon, her parents Calvin and Dorothy Zehring of Lebanon and her brother Cal Zehring of South Williamsport PA. Jackie was born on June 10, 1938 in Lebanon PA to Calvin and Dorothy Zehring. She graduated from Lebanon Senior High School in 1956. She began working for H.B Reese Candy company in the mid 1970's from which she retired from the Quality Assurance Department in 2000. After retirement, she moved to the beaches of southern Delaware for many years where she enjoyed fishing, boating and weekends at the American Legion. She found time to see the other love of her life whenever possible, never missing an opportunity to attend a Tom Jones concert and she even named her beloved Wee Willie's predecessor after her favorite singer. A private memorial for the family is scheduled in the coming week. Her beloved nephew John Engel has generously offered to guide the family in prayer during this time of mourning and this time of celebration of Jackie's life. Flowers and condolences may be shared with those that loved her but a donation in her name to an animal welfare charity would be most appreciated.
