My Hero My Best Friend My Daddy
He was the strongest bravest man I ever met. I'm supposed to think that lol he was my Daddy. He was a good son, a good brother and the best Dad. He was a Marine in Korea and I'm proud of him for that. An avid sportsman who taught my brother everything his Dad taught him and his family was his everything. He taught my brothers how to be good men and he would be proud of them. He taught me that I should love everyone but I don't have to like them. I saw in his eyes how much he loved our mother and I watched him stop whatever he was doing to help someone who needed him numerous times only to ask for a mountain dew and a handshake in return. He loved my 6 kids more than I ever thought possible and I'm blessed to have seen it. I know he's watching over me still.. because he promised he would and he always kept his word.
