Wonderful Father
My Dad, Jim, was a wonderful Father. I had heart surgery when I was five years old. My daddy was always right there beside me. When I woke up, my daddy was right there, standing over me on my right side.
My wonderful mother died of cancer when I was twenty. While I sobbed on my childhood bed, my daddy stood on my right side.
When I had my first son by C section, I woke up to see my dad on my right side, telling me that everything would be okay.
My wonderful father was always there.
He died unexpectedly, and without reason right after he turned 61. Fortunately, he called me approximately 5 or 6 hours before he died. My last words were," I love you Dad".
He was a wonderful father, son, and husband.
Thank you God that Jim Dodd was my Dad.
