James Mckenny Spinks of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, TX was born on February 4, 1932. He married Betty J. (Styles) Spinks on October 1, 1977 in Wichita County, TX and they later separated on January 14, 1993. He would also marry Joan (Franklin) Spinks on December 31, 1994 in Wichita County. James Spinks died at age 75 years old on July 19, 2007, and was buried at Florida National Cemetery
