He also had three half-siblings: Bertha (1922 - 1925), Morris Jr. (1924 - 2010), and Bill Coe (1929 - 1995). James married three times: his first marriage was on August 24th, 1968 in Louisville, Kentucky to Joan Ellen Klosterman; his second marriage was on April 12th, 1974 to Bonnie S Schick in El Paso, Texas ; and his third marriage was on October 22nd, 1986 in Frankfort, Kentucky to Debra Sue Vitt. According to his family, James had one daughter in his second marriage.
