James Walter Elwin 1892 - 1954

James Walter Elwin of Bendigo, Greater Bendigo City County, VIC Australia was born in 1892 in Footscray, City of Maribyrnong County to John Gurney Elwin and Margaret (Drysdale) Elwin. He had siblings Dora Elwin Walker, John Gurney Elwin, Eliza Maggie (Elwin) Brundell, Violet May Elwin, William Charles Elwin, Catherine (Elwin) Benedierks Thompson, and Sophia Emily (Elwin) Coxhead. He married Lillian Stingers in 1917, and had a child Thomas Henry Elwin. James Elwin died at age 61 years old on February 22, 1954 in Bendigo, Greater Bendigo City County.
