Jane Ann (Tout) Dewar of Perth Australia was born in 1865 in Moonambel to John Tout and Jane Elizabeth (Woolley) Tout. She had siblings Harriet Tout, John Tout, Eliza Emily (Tout) Bennett, George Tout, and Harriet Tout. She married Thomas Dewar, and they were married until death separated them. She had children Albert Dewar, Edith Jane (Dewar) Groat, Alexander Dewar, and Edward Dewar. Jane Dewar died at age 74 years old on August 30, 1940 in Perth, Western Australia, and was buried at Karrakatta Cemetery, in Karrakatta.
