Janet Joan Campbell (McCalman) McFadyen was born in 1838 at Iona in Scotland to Archibald Mccalman and Catherine (Livingstone) McCalman, and had siblings Neil Lamont McCalman, Archibald McCalman, Dugald Neil McCalman, and John McCalman. Janet McFadyen married William Law McFadyen, and died at age 76 years old in 1914 in Natimuk, Victoria.
