Janet R. Patterson first married Rodney Krause, who was born in 1920, on April 14th, 1956. Janet then married Emary Llewellyn Mease (1940 - 1977) on February 12th, 1959 in Houtzdale, Pennsylvania and they had a daughter, Melissa (1965 - 2019) and two sons. She then married Gerald John Myrter Jr on August 4th, 1973. They divorced on February 1st, 1979 in St. Lucie, Florida.
