My grandfathers house: My grandfather was loved by all. He lived on sapphire st, in howard beach. when i was a child and visited i remember walking around the neighborhood. He lived in what they call guinnea hole. There was a canal behind his property that had waste going into it and it smelled real bad. But they covered it over years later. He had a lot of junk in his backyard. He'd try and separate them in piles, copper, aluminum, steel etc. Kids would come to his house to get their bikes fixed. And he had a neighborhood dog that hung around him. i truly enjoyed going to visit my grandparents and bragged about it to my friends.
