    Birth: Mar. 25, 1937 Louisiana Pike County Missouri, USA Death: Apr. 22, 2010 Name: Jeannine B Norman, 73 Died: Thursday, April 22, 2010 Jeannine B Norman age 73 died Thursday April 22, 2010 at Lakeland Health Care Center. She was born on March 25, 1937 in Louisiana, Missouri, the daughter of the late Claude and Hazel Buis Gillum. She attended a one room school house for 7 years before graduating with honors from Bowling Green High School in Bowling Green, Missouri. In 1957 she attended Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Missouri where she met her husband Richard Norman of Elmhurst, Illinois. They were united in marriage on January 4, 1958. They resided in Villa Park, Illinois where they raised their three children: Philip Nathan, Renee Elizabeth and Robert Andrew. They lived in Illinois until 1985 when they moved to Orange, California. There they became members of San Antonio Parish in Anaheim Hills. They were active in the church daily as Eucharistic Ministers from 1988 to 1996. Jeannine was very involved in Christian services in providing food and in home services for those in need. She became part of "Holy Dusters" in service of the parish. They retired in 1996 to Redding, California for 3 years before moving to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin to be near their grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Richard; her children Philip (Malia), Renee and Robert (Susan); four grandchildren Angela Jeannine, Erik Nathan, Julia Rose and Brian Robert. She is also survived by sister-in-law Jayne Kindl, sister-in-law Marion (Ronald) Waldschmidt, brother-in-law David (Carma) Norman, sister-in-law Catherine Norman, sister-in-law Shirley Rutledge and Elizabeth Ann Harberol, Melissa Herndon. Funeral Services will be held on Monday April 26, 2010 at 11:00am at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The family will receive friends from 9:00am until 10:30am on Monday April 26, 2010 at the Haase-Derrick-Lockwood Funeral Homes 800 Park Dr. Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. thinking about mom today. knowing she's in heaven.
My mom was agreat mom.She cared about us kids growing up and stayed home taking care of us. We spent summers together in Twin Lakes Wisconsin. She made terrific meals. Pot roast which I complained about when I was younger was absolutely delicious.
