JEFFREY A. ASBERRY NEW CASTLE - Jeffrey Allan Asberry, 33, New Castle, died unexpectedly Saturday, December 9, 1995, in New Castle. A lifelong resident of New Castle, he was born August 25, 1962, a son of Conway and Betty J. Isom Asberry. He was a 1980 graduate of Chrysler High School, where he played baseball and had been on the swim team. He was a steel worker and had worked at Allegheny - Ludlum Steel in New Castle and for Detroit Steel in Morristown. Survivors include his parent of New Castle; one son, Justin Conway Asberry of New Castle; one brother, Jamie Duane Asberry, New Castle; two sisters, Debby Madden of New Castle and Terry Hall of Greensboro; paternal grandmother, Mattie Sue Asberry of New Castle; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by one brother, Kerry in 1964; one sister, Connie in 1955; paternal grandfather, James Asberry in 1980; maternal grandparents, Rufus Isom in 1991; and Madge Isom in 1984. Service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 13, at the Marshall Funeral Homes Lewisville Chapel, with Reverend Elwood Evans of the Lewisville Church of God officiating. Burial will be in Greenhills Memory Gardens, west of New Castle.
