    Jeff was my uncle and a kind and generous soul. He had the most beautiful voice and beautiful blue eyes and the darkest hair. I miss him. I would like it to be known he passed away as a result of addiction to opiates. This has been a problem in this country for far too long and has taken too many beautiful souls.
