Jeffrey Stephen Ruvkun of Boise, Ada County, ID was born on August 24, 1946 to Louis Ruvkun and Frances Levy. Jeffrey Ruvkun had a brother Joel Ruvkun. He married Mary Cortez, and they had a child Stephen Richard Ruvkun. He also married Nancy Rutherford, and they had children Donald Lewis Ruvkun and Aileen Francis Allen. Jeffrey Ruvkun died at age 62 years old on February 1, 2009, and was buried at Idaho State Veterans Cemetery Section 3 Row N Site 374 N. Horseshoe Bend Rd., in Boise.
