Jeffrey Thomas DeYoung was born on October 21, 1959 in Honesdale, Wayne County, Pennsylvania United States to John Paul DeYoung and Annetta Kathleen DeYoung, and had siblings Jacqueline Helen Davis and John Couston DeYoung. He married Nancy Anne DeYoung in 1980 in Honesdale, Wayne County, and they were married until Jeffrey's death on April 16, 2020 in White Mills. He had children Cassandra Nina DeYoung, Eric Nicholas DeYoung, and Joel Thomas DeYoung. Jeffrey DeYoung was buried Got buried at a much later date because of the pandemic.
