    Jerome Richard Lintzenich was born to Francis Andrew (1908-1997) and Hazel Christine (Orvis) Lintzenich (1916-1989) and had a brother William Francis Lintzenich who was born on January 22nd 1947 and died March 20th 1962, and two sisters Frances C Phillips and Dorothy C Haimann. He married Margret Webster Lintenich and they had five daughters Katherine E. Albert, Deliana M Ingram, Marlene A Wong, Janet Diane Choudhary, Michelle C.     The following appeared in The Park City Daily News in Bowling Green, Kentucky on Monday November 26th 2001: FRANKLIN - Jerome Richard Lintzenich, 66, of Franklin died Nov. 24, 2001, at his home. The Chicago native was a Bluegrass Truck Stop maintenance employee and an Air Force veteran. He was a son of the late Frank A. Lintzenich and Hazel C. Orvis Lintzenich. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church with burial at a later date. Visitation is in progress at Crafton Funeral Home, with rosary service at 7 p.m. today. Survivors include his wife, Margret Webster Lintzenich; five daughters, Katherine E. Albert of Douglassville, Ga., Deliana M Ingram of Dade City, Fla., Marlene A. Wong of Royal Palm Beach, Fla., Janet Diane Choudhary of Jacksonville, Fla., and Michelle C. Faircloth of Statesboro, Ga.; three sons, Francis K. Lintzenich of Tipp City, Ohio, James K. Lintzenich of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Ruben P. Lintzenich of North Palm Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Frances C. Phillips of Birmingham, Ala., and Dorothy C. Haimann of Chicago; and 11 grandchildren.

The law established the Social Security Administration whose primary focus was to "provide aid for the elderly, the unemployed, and children".
