Gerald Arthur Tibbetts of Beaver, Beaver County, Oklahoma United States was born on June 6, 1931 at Home in Panaca, Lincoln County, NV to Chester Arthur Tibbetts (Skaggs) and Lois Syphus. He had siblings Richard Lyle Tibbetts, Alvin Gene Tibbetts, and John Wayne Tibbetts. Gerald was baptized at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Panaca. He married Billie Steuart Jones, and died at age 60 years old on July 10, 1991 in Beaver, Beaver County, OK. Gerald Tibbetts was buried on July 13, 1991 in Beaver.
