Joe McLean Jr of Missouri City, Fort Bend County, Texas was born on January 24, 1942. He married Florine (Debose) Mclean on March 22, 1970 in Harris County, TX and they later separated on April 26, 1976. He married Phyllis C. (Phillips) Mclean on May 20, 1978 in Harris County. Joe McLean died at age 44 years old in July 1986, and was buried at Houston National Cemetery
