In 1945, he married Emma Anna Baker (1924-2004) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and they had a child together, a son John Adametz (1948-2010). John served in the military during World War II. He enlisted on May 5, 1942, in Newark, New Jersey and served his country for over three years and was honorably discharged on September 25, 1945. His service to his country during World War II is a testament to his bravery and dedication to the United States of America. On November 13, 2003, John Andrew Adametz passed away at the age of 84 in Saddle Brook, New Jersey.
