I saw this on here. And this is me. So who better to write his bio. Attended Central Elementary in White Settlement, Brewer Jr High and Brewer High School there in town. Attended Texas A&M in 1966 and in the Aggie Band for four years after the good training by Mr Bain and Mr Collyer the band directors for grades 5-9 and high school. Helped prepare me for the army. Graduated Texas A&M with BA in History and Geography. Married to Marietta in 1969 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Ft. Worth. Comissioned Infantry officer from A&M served at Ft. Benning and then in Germany. Left the service 1973 and started teaching career at Floresville in 1974. MOved to Bryan, Tx in 76 for grad school and more teaching in Bryan at Stephen F Austin Junior High for 3 years. Came back on active duty with military in April 1981 at East Central University as ROTC instructor for 40 months then to CSGC at Leavenworth, then to St. Louis living on Canfield in Ferguson in St Louis for 3 years working at ARPERCEN Hqs as a careet counselor for officers for 30 months. Moved to Lawrence, Ks in 1987 for second ROTC assignment, now as a Major in reserves. Finished that in 1990 at KU as ROTC instructor again. Worked later for post office as city letter carrier for 14 years retired in 2009. Marietta and I have traveled the country in our RV since. I play lots of golf, a coin collector and film music collector. We have 5 children and 10 grandchildren. In all of my army time I did 10 ROTC summer camps maybe a record for one reserve officer at Lewis, FT. Benning and Ft. Riley from 1975-1989. Enjoyed it all.
