    JAMES EDWIN HOBART John Edwin Hobart of Cottonwood passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at his residence following an extended illness. He was 43. A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church of Cottonwood with the Rev. John Smith officiating. Mr. Hobart was born Dec. 26, 1963 in Springfield, Ill. to Donald and Mary Marie Basso Hobart. He was a resident of Cottonwood for the past five years and was employed with Western express as a truck driver. Mr. Hobart was a member of First Baptist Church of Cottonwood. Survivors include his wife, B'lynda Hobart of Cottonwood; stepchildren, Krystal Villanueva, Kriste Villanueva, Kasey Villanueva, Jesse Villanueva, all of Mequist, Texas; a son, Danial Flit of Illihnois; three sisters, Laura Hobart of Illinois, Maryland Yates of Illinois and Dawn Hardy of Ohio; several nieces, nephews and friends survive. Southern Heritage Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements. - The Dothan Eagle (Dothan, Alabama) Friday, May 11, 2007 on page 5.
