John Henry Linton of Caulfield Australia was born circa 1890. He married Esther Alice Jones in 1916. He also married Beatrice May Cork in 1916. They had a child Amy Marg Linton. John Linton died at age 25 years old on December 26, 1916, and was buried at Pont-du-hem Military Cemetery La Gorgue in France.
