He had children Walter Nagel, Harry Nagel, Mary Lydia Nagel, William Thomas Nagel, John Nagel, and Sydney Nagel. John Nagel was buried on May 3, 1914 at Karrakatta Cemetery Railway Rd, in Karrakatta, City of Nedlands County.
