He had siblings Elizabeth Jane Daniel, Mary Sickler Daniel, and Martha (Daniels) Dunstan. He married Elenor Guyatt (Burton) Daniels, and had children Pearl Mary Burton (Daniels) Wallace and Madoline Muriel Guya Daniels. John Daniels died at age 75 years old in 1938 in Ghntly.
