    John "Jack" Joseph Carlisle from Worcester, MA passed away peacefully after a long battle with various life threatening illness and Renal disease. Prior to his calling from God on December 1st 2010; Jack knew all he wanted was to be "home" in VT. Jack lived with his Son Jason Carlisle: wife Amie Carlisle, their son Dante, and soon to be grand daughter Cherry-Lea in Saint Albans, Vt. Jack had accomplished much in his lifetime... he was a "Jack of all trades"; as well as a sheriff, marine, and father. He is survived by his only son and wife Jason and Amie Carlisle of St. Albans, Vt, Daughter Dawn Carlisle of Winooski, Vt, Grandchildren: Dante, Cherry-Lea, Trey, Patrick, Alise, Elizabeth, and John; all of VT. Predeceased by grand daughter Desiree, brothers Martin, Stephen, and Donald. Private Services for John Carlisle will be held December 8, 2010. Contact Son Jason directly in regards to these arrangements.
