My papa was a great artist when it came to looking at a piece of wood and seeing what it was and making it. His Whales, Birds and every size bowl were one of a kind. I loved to watch him work when he would let me. Most times he'd say go outside before your eye swell up. Allergies haha but that was grandpa. Then for many years he would walk to my office and say I came to see you and he always let me know I was loved. He never forgot my birthday and we would celebrate his and mine together.
