John Kendrick Mcgregor 1868 - 1930

John Kendrick Mcgregor of Kensington, City of Melbourne County, VIC Australia was born on April 18, 1868 in Ballarat, City of Ballarat County to Charles Mcgregor and Isabella Mcphee Mcgregor. He had siblings Robert Maxwell Mcgregor, George Annis Mcgregor, Charles Mcgregor, William John Mcgregor, Margaret Mcgregor, and Henry Duncan Mcgregor. He married Fanny Louisa (Hooley) Mcgregor in 1895, and had children Ivy Isobel Mcgregor, Jack Kendrick Mcgregor, and Alice May Mcgregor. John Mcgregor died at age 62 years old in 1930 in Kensington, City of Melbourne County.

The Fourteenth Amendment guaranteed African Americans full citizenship and equal protection under the law. It also gave all persons in the United States due process of law.
