John Montgomery 1826 - 1886

John Montgomery of Mt Rouse Shire Australia was born in 1826 in Edinburgh, Edinburgh County, Scotland United Kingdom to Alexander Montgomery and Agnes Dixon Montgomery. He had a brother David Montgomery. He married Dora (McGuiness) Montgomery, and had children Lucy Dora Montgomery and William Alexander Montgomery. John Montgomery died at age 59 years old on August 16, 1886 in Penshurst, Southern Grampians Shire County, Victoria Australia, and was buried at Boram Boram Cemetery, in Penshurst, VIC.
