    Johannes Bolestaw “John Robert" Kluzek was born to parents Walenty "Valentine" "Val" Kluzek (1873-1939) and Wiktorya "Victoria" Jagvazinska (Jagoda) (1877-1948) on May 8, 1916. He had siblings Frank Joseph (1909-2002), Stanley (1911-1987), Louis (1912-2002), Mary Lucy (1914-2004), William (born 1917), Adam Michael (1918-1995), Otto (born 1919) and Irene Agnes (1924-1972). He married Louise Irene Kawula (1912-1942) on March 5, 1942 in Springfield, Illinois, USA. They later divorced and he re-married to Harriett Alene Fardal (1925-2009) in February of 1955. They had children including a son named Arthur Valentine Kawula (1956-2014).
