    I believe Mr., Ryder was English and Dutch descendent. Back to about 1635 Pilgrim. Brothers Paul and Hugh Ryder. Hugh was one room Schoolhouse teacher of Middle Town, NJ and became superintendent of Middletown Scholl System, Wife was Betty, Daughter of American Revolution. Paul Ryder was Painter and Wall paper person. Jack worked with Paul in Monmouth County Nj area. Paul's wife was Betty sister, Dorothy also Daughter of American Revolution. Paul and Dorothy Ryder had 2 sons, Paul Thorton and Tommy Ryder. I believe they each had 2 sons. Hugh and Betty did not have any children. they lived in Middletown above the Navesink River. I am Gloria Doornbos Ryder married to John Langford Ryder JR in Honolulu, Hawaii on March 4th, 1968, On John's R&R week From Vietnam War Zone. We have 2 daughters, Rhonda Mary and Amie Marie Ryder, and 6 Grandchildren, Ethan Chamberlian, Abigail Scarlett Johnson, also Sydney Raine. Aubrey Skye, Shelby and Easton Thomas. Marilyn Ryder Gelenius and harry have 3 daughters, Penny, Shery and April Gelenius. Judy Ryder Acerra and Vince Acerra have the one son grandkid James (Jamie) Acerra, Amie and Jamie born 1 1/2 days apart Oct 1977
